Updated summer anthem. As of now it shall be French Films, "Golden Sea". recently purchased there fresh 12'' and its a surf rock/pop gem. They craft a wonderful blend of ethereal toe tappers ala Beach Fossils with the muscular drive of a Surfer Blood. Check 'em out, summer will taste even sweeter

Well i must say.. Its about damn time i almost forgot how exciting the wait for this album was!

Is it so hard to conceive God with one's senses? Why must He hide in a midst of vague promises and invisible miracles? How are we to believe the believers when we don't believe ourselves? What will become of us who want to believe but cannot? And what of those who neither will nor can believe? Why can I not kill God within me? Why does He go on living in a painful, humiliating way? I want to tear Him out of my heart, but He remains a mocking reality which I cannot get rid of. Do you hear me?

I love Dirty Gold. I stumbled upon this band on last.fm and fell in love. So far as I know this is as much material as they've got. I WANT MORE. It's beachy, warm, afro-beat-y(?), smooth, and infinitely listenable. I need Sunshine. California would be good but i'm not particularly picky..
